  • Journal of Business and Digital Innovation

    The Journal of Business and Digital Innovation (JBDI) explores the dynamic interplay between digital technologies and business practices, focusing on how digital transformation influences innovation, entrepreneurship, organisational performance, leadership and management capabilities. The journal seeks interdisciplinary research articles with quantitative, qualitative, mixed methods approaches and systematic literature review that contribute to the discourse on the implications of the prevailing industrial revolution for businesses and society.


    JBDI is a diamond Open Access journal, all content is published under a Creative Commons Attribution License 4.0 permitting any user to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search within or link to the full text of articles, crawl them for indexing or use them for any other lawful purpose, providing appropriate attribution is given to the original publication.


    Contributions are published online first as and when they are ready for publication and included in an issue twice per year.


    The journal is supported by Northumbria University and managed by the editorial board with technical support from the Scholarly Communications Team within the University Library.

  • Research in Digital Learning in Higher Education

    Research in Digital Learning in Higher Education provides a publication output to support the Research in Digital Learning in Higher Education Conference (RIDL:HE). This conference provides the Higher Education sector with a space to share and critically discuss evidenced-based research and practice in digital learning.


    Submissions for the 2025 conference have now closed.


    Feedback will be provided to authors on 1 April 2025.

    Founded in 2023, the Graduate Journal of Sport Science, Coaching, Management, and Rehabilitation (GJSSCMR) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal promoting excellence in student-led research and intends to become the journal of choice for research projects across undergraduate and postgraduate sport related programmes of study. Submissions are welcome from any area studying sport, where the first named author is (or has recently been) a student.

    CURRENT ISSUE (December 2024): VOL 1 (ISSUE 1)


    The overall aim of Northumbria Psychology Bulletin is to showcase the range of high-quality empirical research projects that have been conducted by undergraduate and postgraduate students within Northumbria University's Department of Psychology.


    Northumbria Psychology Bulletin currently accepts research articles in any area of psychology from current, or previous, students within the department. Northumbria Psychology Bulletin is fully peer-reviewed, and adopts a fully Open Access and Open Science approach (ISSN: 3033-4225).


    Northumbria Psychology Bulletin accepts submissions on a rolling basis. We offer a constructive and rapid peer review process (average time to editorial decision = 13 days; November 2024).  NPB is run by the academic staff within the Department of Psychology, and was founded in Autumn 2023.
